Education Sessions
The goal of the ASGT Education Program is to introduce participants to research areas with which they do not have significant familiarity. Education sessions will be presented at a basic level and focus mainly on scientific and technical aspects of gene therapy. Topics for the sessions include major vector systems, specific target organs, selected topics in basic science that are relevant to gene therapy, and issues related to gene therapy funding and regulation.
