ASGCT Board, Officers, and Advisory Council

The ASGCT Board of Directors and the Society's Officers have full responsibility for the management, direction and control of the business, policies and affairs of ASGCT, subject only to limitations set forth in the Society's Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.

The ASGCT Advisory Council is comprised of the past presidents from the preceding five years and five elected Council Members. The Advisory Council advises the ASGCT Board and Officers and makes recommendations to the Board for both the Outstanding Achievement Award and Outstanding New Investigator Awards.
